N4700陶瓷电容是近年研发成功的一种新型陶瓷，是高端产品中广泛使用的陶瓷材质，相对于其它I类陶瓷其介电常数大，适合于做容量较大的电容，其具有耐压更高，介质损耗小于0.2%，比一般II类陶瓷低很多；绝缘电阻大于200000MΩ，频率特性好，温度系数好，承受电流大，在温度从-25℃到+85℃时容量变化+/-28%，寿命长，其使用寿命在10年以上。
