Voltage characteristic test
Our company made a 10 kV capacitive voltage divider using a new 40kV/1000pF glass capacitor developed by Meishi Capacitor Co., Ltd., and tested the voltage characteristics of the capacitor with a high-precision transformer calibrator.

The voltage divider accuracy is guaranteed to be within 3%.
2. Temperature characteristic test
Temperature test method
The first step: first connect the voltage divider to the connection line and put it into the high temperature box.
From the beginning of normal temperature measurement, pause for 15 minutes after every 10 °C rise, and then measure the voltage divider.
Step 2: Connect the sensor as described above and place it in the cryostat. Starting from room temperature, pause for 15 minutes after every 10 °C drop, and then measure the voltage divider.

In the range of -25 degrees to 70 degrees, the temperature change of the high-voltage capacitor of the new glass material is compared with the normal temperature of 27 degrees, and the deviation is within 3%. This index is not achievable by ceramic capacitors of all materials in China. This capacitor has solved the defects of poor temperature characteristics of ceramic capacitors and cannot be used in high-voltage measurement of power systems.

Conclusion: This type of glass capacitor can be used to make voltage dividers for the power industry. It has the advantages of small size, high withstand voltage, small partial discharge, stable temperature characteristics and long service life. It is the best new capacitor material in China.
